Stanley Nweze, a Nollywood actor, has scolded ladies for wearing their nails too long.

According to the thespian, “Before you choose a wife to marry, rule out women who love making over long nails. Most of them can’t cook or wash. Trust me on this. Homely girls don’t do that,” he wrote.

His comments garnered a lot of criticism, with some females calling him out for expecting people to wash their hands in 2022.

In a prior essay, Nweze lambasted the organizers of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) for disregarding actors from the southeast.

In response to the situation, the actor made a case for Enugu and Asaba actors who were not acknowledged at the award ceremony in an Instagram story post.

He advocated renaming the AMVCA the Lasgidi/Lagos honors in order to recognize actors from other states.
