On Friday, the Black Stars were held to a goalless draw at Kumasi’s Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, putting the rematch on a knife’s edge.

Thomas, a Ghanaian, scored the Black Stars’ goal, which was equalized in the 22nd minute of the match by Troost Ekong, a super Eagles striker, with a penalty kick.
