Despite Nigeria’s World Cup qualifying playoff loss to Ghana, Nigerian rapper Paul Okoye, better known by his stage as Rudeboy, has expressed his pride in his country.

The Black Stars of Ghana have qualified for the 2022 World Cup, but the Super Eagles of Nigeria have been eliminated after drawing 1-1 with Ghana in the second leg of the World Cup qualifiers.

When comparing Ghana’s vast riches to those of Nigeria, Rudeboy has both lauded and scolded the country.

According to Paul Okoye, Ghanaians have superior electricity, roads, security, and universities than Nigerians.

On his verified Instagram story, he wrote:

“Yes, we were defeated by Ghana yesterday…

But I am proud of Ghana because Nigerians vacation there…

They have good electricity, roads, security, and universities, which are occupied by 40% of Nigerians. These people, on the other hand, are busy inflicting suffering on their countrymen.”
