Lampard Stated That Arteta is an excellent coach, but he won’t last long at Chelsea

Today’s news- Frank Lampard, the former coach of Chelsea, asserted that if Mikel Arteta the Arsenal coach had experienced the same conditions as the Blues manager, he would have been fired.

Until Arteta was offered the chance to lead his former club but had no prior experience coaching at the highest level.

After five years, Arteta seems to be settling in and has assembled one of the greatest teams in England.

Lampard stressed the challenges that contemporary managers encounter in trying to carry out their strategies and the short window of opportunity that exists for them to prove their value in the dugouts.

Lampard recently stated, “I think Arteta is a great example won’t survive at Chelsea,” during an interview on the Unfiltered Podcast.

“He had to make a lot of compromises while looking for a formation, which cost them some games and made the public lose faith in the system.”

“We can see that Arteta is an excellent coach, but he would not have survived that time if he had been Chelsea’s manager.” he stated.
