The EFCC has recovered stolen N7.8 million for the BIPC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has been working diligently to recover stolen funds from various sources. One of their recent successes was the recovery of N7.8 million from the Benue Investment and Property Company Limited, BIPC. The managing director of BIPC, Dr. Raymond Asemakaha Jr., expressed his gratitude for the return of the funds and stated that more recoveries are currently in progress. This shows the commitment of the EFCC to uncover and retrieve illegally obtained funds, promoting accountability and justice in the financial sector.

The speaker praised the efforts of the EFCC in recovering funds for the Benue Investment and Property Company, noting that this action would not only strengthen the agency’s integrity but also promote a culture of accountability. He specifically commended the agency’s proactive approach to combating corruption and their effectiveness in dealing with fraudulent activities of corrupt officials. He also acknowledged the leadership of His Excellency Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia for creating an environment that encourages transparency and honesty.
