On Wednesday, March 19, suspected cultists in Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area, Delta State, killed a man known as Bobby Kabah and his pregnant wife.
According to a community member who spoke, “Due to a recent motorcycle accident that resulted in a leg injury, Bobby was recuperating at home.
Kabah was having a little fun time at home in the Agidiasei quarters with his wife when two gunmen broke into their home at around 8:35 p.m. and from the back of their house, encountered them, and immediately opened fire, killing them both.
SP Bright Edafe, a spokesman for the state police command, confirmed the incident.
“Yes, it has been verified. Despite not being husband and wife, they were residing in the same home when they were killed. The state CID has been instructed to handle the case by the commissioner of police.
