Suspected Kidnappers Arrested In Kaduna

Breaking News – A 35-year-old man has been detained by the Kaduna Police Command. The police carried out a raid at the suspect’s home and found more weapons and ammunition.

This was said in a statement made on Friday in Kaduna by ASP Mansir Hassan, the Command Spokesman.

According to Hassan, the suspect was taken into custody by members of the CP Monitoring Unit on February 29 at his home in Ganga Uku village, Mararaban Jos.

According to him, the agents found a fake revolver rifle, a fake pistol, two Dane guns, six live rounds, one discharged GPRG round, seven discharged cartridges, and a cutlass smeared with blood.

According to a police spokesman, on February 13, the suspect worked with other people who are currently at large to kidnap Samaila Abdullahi, 40, in the Keke Kingdom neighborhood of Mararaban Jos.

He claimed, “The victim was taken against his will to an unidentified location.”

“This successful operation underscores the overall commitment of the police command, led by Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ali Dabigi C., to maintain law and order in Kaduna State,”
