Rita Dominic Opens Up Why She Married At The Age Of 46

A Nigerian celebrity actress Rita Dominic has opened up about why she chose to put off getting married until she is 46 years old.

The 48-year-old actress revealed in a recent interview that she gave married to her longtime friend who is now her husband.

Dominic stated openly, “I had a lot of suitors but wanted to make sure that I was married for the right reasons and not for societal pressure”. The pressure was there for years before I got married, but I just ignored it.

“Like I always say ‘I’ll marry the man of my dreams and not the man society dreams for me because if anything goes wrong tomorrow, I’ll be the one left to pack up the pieces and not the society,”

Dominic said, emphasizing her commitment to marrying the man of her dreams rather than giving in to social pressure.

In North Yorkshire, England, on Saturday, Nollywood actress Rita Dominic and her beau Fidelis Anosike celebrated their white wedding. On April 19, 2022, the couple got married in a traditional ceremony at Mbaise, located in Imo State, Southeast Nigeria.
